I am different

I am different

The way I look shows the difference.

But that doesn't make me less.

Why should I be guilty for being me?

When I didn't chose to be me.

But if I had the chance to choose

I would still have choosen me.

I am different

My religion shows the difference.

But that doesn't make me less.

I should not be a threat but a relief,

For religions were created  to bring moral values not grief.

I should not be feared or disdain

for its just a faith not disease.

Yes I am different

My gender shows the difference.

But that doesn't make me more or less.

Male or female are just the features

Both have qualities

Both have abilities

Why not equality?

Just like flowers with different colours.

Yet they look beautiful together.

So as humans with different features.

bounded to be together.
